We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, errors in pricing/description, or suspected fraud.
Payment is processed securely at checkout via our payment provider.

Estimated delivery windows are listed on our Shipping Policy (currently 7-12 business days after 1-2 business days processing - this number is a placeholder pending final supplier confirmation, see shipping-policy.md). These are honest estimates, not guarantees - occasional delays can occur due to customs or carrier issues.

4. Returns and refunds

5. Product descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately. We do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, or other content is 100% error-free; minor variations (e.g. color rendering on different screens) may occur. CalmFetch products support calming behavior in dogs - they are not medical devices and are not a substitute for veterinary or professional training advice. See individual product FAQs.

7. Limitation of liability
