Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days before they ship.

Delivery window
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7-12 business days, depending on your location. This is a real estimate based on our expected shipping times - not a marketing number. Most orders arrive within this window; some remote areas may take a little longer.

Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse - use that link to track anytime, or contact calmfetch@gmail.com and we'll look it up for you.

Shipping origin
Items ship from our partner warehouse. We work with a small number of trusted partners to keep shipping times as fast and reliable as possible.

Delays
Occasionally, high demand or customs can add a few extra days. If your order is running late, email calmfetch@gmail.com with your order number and we'll look into it right away.
